Room Policy: 

• Due to the layout of the Water Villas, they are not recommended for young children. The Resort may accept bookings for children with the parent's full consent and responsibility.
•  All room categories have double beds. For twin options, a rollaway bed will be provided.
•  All categories have a fixed sofa bed. And can take an additional rollaway bed.

Children Policy:

• 2 Children under the age of 14.99 years stay on a full board complimentary basis when sharing a villa with 2 adults.
• 3rd child onwards will be charged for the extra person charges, transfer, and meal plan.

All bank charges shall be borne by the guests

26th Dec 2021 to 07th Jan 2022: 
-Cancellation within 90 days prior to dates of stay booked = 100% of the total room and meal package invoiced will be charged.
- No Shows and Early Departure will be charged 100% of the total invoice value.

All other periods: 
- Cancellation within 30 days prior to dates of stay booked = 25% of the total room and meal package invoiced will be charged
- Cancellation within 14 days prior to dates of stay booked = 50% of the total room and meal package invoiced will be charged
- Cancellation within 7 days prior to dates of stay booked = 100% of the total of room and meal package invoiced will be charged
- No Shows and Early Departure will be charged 100% of the total invoice value.
