A minimum stay of 5 nights is required for all arrivals and departures over the Festive Periods (28 Dec to 2 Jan inclusive).
Only one meal plan must be chosen per booking per stay.
Twin Beds are not available. If requested, extra beds can be arranged subject to availability.
Guests under 18 years of age are not recommended in over-water room categories or those with pools.
In case a guest under 18 is accommodated in these rooms, parents/guardians must take full responsibility and must sign a disclaimer form provided to them at the time of check-in.

2 to 5 days prior to arrival: 75% cancellation fee of the total room nights booked
less than 2 days and No Shows: 100% cancellation fee of the total room nights booked
