Honeymooners / Wedding Anniversaries 

• Minimum stay 3 nights: 1 romantic turndown during the stay
• Minimum stay 7 nights: 1 romantic turndown and 1 spa treatment for 2 (60 minutes Sensorial Journey) during the stay
• Minimum stay 10 nights: 1 romantic turndown, 1 spa treatment for 2 (60 minutes Sensorial Journey) and 1 private romantic Sunset Cruise during the stay

Terms & Conditions: 

• Valid upon presentation of the wedding certificate at the time of booking
• Wedding must have occurred 3 months maximum prior to the arrival date
• Anniversary (any years) date shall be within 30 days of the arrival date (prior or after)

• Cheval Blanc Randheli is on GMT+6, 1 hour ahead of Male’ time

CHILD POLICY

• The Maison will not accept reservations for children under 11 years old occupying a villa alone.

Guests with children under 10 years old are encouraged to book Island Villas. In case of booking a different villa category, a mandatory signed waiver form will be required.

ADDITIONAL BEDS

• Maximum of 1 rollaway bed and 1 sofa bed or 2 baby cots per Villa (1 or 2 bedroom).

EARLY DEPARTURE

• In the event of check-out prior to the reserved check out date, the Maison will charge an early departure fee for the remaining villa nights including tax to the guest’s account

Worldwide

• We accept credit cards and debit cards issued in most countries as listed in the billings section.

• Please note, bookings are confirmed only upon submission of payment. If your credit card payment is not processed for any reason, we will notify you within 24 hours. If there is a Fare change while processing your transaction, you will be notified and you have the right to decline this transaction and you will not be charged.

• We provide a 100% Safe and Secure Credit card transaction guarantee.

• Please note, all hotel, holiday package, cruise and tour/activity bookings are only confirmed upon delivery of complete confirmation details to the email you provided with your reservation.

• In order to provide you further safety, when certain transactions are determined to be high risk by our systems, we will not process such transactions unless our credit card verification team has determined that it's safe to process them. In order to establish validity of such transactions, we may contact you or your bank.

CANCELLATION POLICY

High Season

• Cancellations between 45 to 60 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total villa charge including tax and service charge.
• Cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total villa charge including tax and service charge.

Shoulder (1&2) & Season

• Cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total villa charge including tax and service charge.
• Cancellations between 15 to 30 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total villa charge including tax and service charge.

NO-SHOW POLICY

• In the event of a no-show (i.e. if you neither use nor cancel your reservation), a fee equivalent to the value of the entire stay will be charged. All fees and penalties are inclusive of taxes.
