Child Policy:

• Infant: (0 - 1.99 years old) can stay free with 2 paying adults - depending on room maximum occupancy
• Children: (2 - 12 years old) are charged an extra child fee when sharing with 2 adults
• Adults (12+ years old) are considered an adult and charged extra adult fees and meal plan

Transfer Policy:

• Seaplane or Speedboat option needs to be booked along with the rooms
• Speedboat leaves the international airport 3 times a day, kindly check with our staff the timing on speedboats to avoid extended waiting period at the airport on arrival

Check-in check-out times:

• Check-in time is: 2 PM
• Check-out time is: 12 PM
• Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and depends on room availability

All bank charges shall be borne by the guests

Cancellation Policy:

• 19 days before arrival: full refund
• 17 - 9 days before arrival: 25% of the booking as cancellation fee
• 9 - 5 days: 50% of the booking as cancellation fee
• 5 - 2 days and no shows: 100% of the booking is chargeable

Peak season (festive season - 24th Dec to 5th Jan)

• Cancellation needs to be notified 37 days before arrival
• Cancellation 35 or less days incur 100% of the booking charges
