• Two children aged between 07 and 12 years, traveling with two adults must book either two double Water Villas or two double Beach Villas or one Family Water Villa or one Family Beach Villa or one Double Storey Beach Villa or the Presidential Villa. The children cannot be booked in one extra bed sharing a single villa.
• A single adult with one child (between 0-6 yrs): should be charged as a single adult rate plus child FOC. Applicable in Water Villa and Beach Villa.
• A single adult with one child (between 7-12 yrs): should be charged a double adult rate. Applicable in Water Villa and Beach Villa.
• A single adult with two children (both between 0-6 yrs): should be charged as a single adult rate plus 2 children FOC. Applicable in Water Villa only.
• A single adult with two children (both between 7-12 yrs): should be charged a double adult rate plus 1 extra person (child rate)- Children Special Offer (whenever applicable) applies only to the extra person (child). Applicable in Water Villa only.
• A single adult with two children (one between 0-6 and one between 7-12 yrs): should be charged as double adult rate plus one child (0-6 yrs) FOC. Applicable in Water Villa only.
• Children aged 13 years and above are considered adults for that purpose. Children aged between 00 - 02 years are considered as babies for that purpose.
• In Water Villa or Family Water Villa, the sofa bed will be converted to a bed to accommodate the children.

All bank charges shall be borne by the guests

Cancellation Policy 

• Booking can be modified or canceled at no charge, up to 07 days before the guest's scheduled arrival.
• Bookings canceled between 06 days prior to arrival, on arrival day, and for all no-shows will be charged at 100% of total stay.
