Terms & Conditions

• Minimum of four (4) nights’ stay
• The above special benefits are per couple per stay and are applicable in all villa categories.
• Benefits will only apply for clients traveling within 6 months from the date of their wedding.
• A copy of the wedding certificate or the wedding invitation card must be presented to the resort on request.
• All guests celebrating their honeymoon must be advised at the time of room reservation.
• Some of the activities mentioned above may be weather-dependent.

CHILD POLICY

• Children are considered between 9 - 12 years old at the time of travel.
• Adults are aged 12 and above.
• Bookings for children under 9 years are NOT accepted.
• For safety reasons, we do not recommend accommodating children in Water Villas. Should a guest request a Water Villa reservation including a child, this becomes the full responsibility of the parent at all times.
• Child accommodation rates are applicable only when sharing the Villa with a minimum of 2 full-paying adults.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy (1): (applicable for all dates except 23 December – 10 January)

• All cancellations must be informed in writing
• Within 15 to 30 days prior to the guest’s arrival: 50% of the total cost for the stay will be charged
• Within 0 to 14 days prior to the guest’s arrival: 100% of the total cost for the stay will be charged

Cancellation Policy (2): (applicable from 23 December – 10 January)

• All cancellations informed must be informed in writing
• Within 30 to 45 days prior to the guest’s arrival: 50% of the total cost for the stay will be charged
• Within 0 to 29 days prior to guest’s arrival: 100% of the total cost for the stay will be charged

Early Checkout Charges and No Show Policy: Full cost as per the original reservation will be charged, including transfer charges.
