Location

The Mercure Maldives Kooddoo Resort is the Maldives' first resort that can be reached directly by domestic flight from Velana International Airport, eliminating the need for a speedboat trip. It takes around 55 minutes to go by domestic jet to Kooddoo. Gaafu Alif Atoll is located 100 kilometers north of the Equator in the southern Maldives archipelago. The Atoll is known for its abundant marine life and relaxed atmosphere. With its mature greenery, smooth sand beaches, and convenient location, Kooddoo Island is the ideal starting point for a variety of adventures.

Accommodation free of charge for 1 child under 12 years, sharing parents' room and utilizing existing bedding. Extra beds/Sofa beds are upon request and depending on availability upon arrival with an additional charge per night.
Mercure Maldives Kooddoo advises all guests travelling with young children to be aware of the unrestricted access to the sea and the lagoon directly from the villas.
Mercure Maldives Kooddoo recommends all Beach category villas for families and will not accept responsibility in case of accident or injury caused.
If client insists on this type of accommodation, the Resort requires the signing of a liability release agreement.
