Cancellation

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY:

Throughout the contract period except for 23-Dec to 10-Jan

Within 7 to 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total cost for the stay will be charged
Within 4 to 6 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total cost for the stay will be charged
Within 24 hrs to 3 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total cost for the stay will be charged
Less than 24 hrs and No Shows: Full cost for the stay will be charged
