Accommodation
Only the Beach Villa was accessible when the Kudafushi Resort first opened in January 2017, however it became fully operational in late March 2017. The total number of villas is 107, comprising 40 beach villas, 32 beach villas with private pools, 24 water villas, 10 water villas with private pools, and one Presidential Water Suite.
Malé's city is a 45-minute scenic seaplane ride away from the resort. Alternatively, you can take a 25-minute speedboat ride from Ifuru Domestic Airport. Malé is a 30-minute domestic flight away from Ifuru Domestic Airport.

Child Policy (Water Villas and Suites)
Due to their open design and proximity to water, the Resort strongly discourages guests with children below age 12 years from staying in Water units. If Operator`s client insists on this type of accommodation, the Resort requires the signing of a liability release agreement.

2 - 12 Years: Are charged a reduced child rate
12 + Years: Are charged as an adult
Seaplane Transfer Policy:
Passengers’ names are to be matched against passport details identifying passengers’ titles (Mr. Ms./Mrs. MSTR, Miss, etc.) and therefore we strongly request to provide names of the passengers as it is on the passports along with their titles and also the date of birth for any children under the age of 12 years. Last-minute any name or date amendment is subject to US$25 net per passenger (regardless of age)
