Cancellation

The Cancellation and No-Show Policy are as follows:

In Low and Shoulder season:

Cancellation received 15 to 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the entire stay will be charged
Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to arrival or in the case of no show: 100% of the entire stay will be charged

In High season:

Cancellation received 30 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the entire stay will be charged
Cancellation received 14 days or less prior to arrival or in the case of no show: 100% of the entire stay will be charged

In Peak season:

Cancellation received 45 to 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the entire stay will be charged
Cancellations received 30 days or less prior to arrival or in the case of no show: 100% of the entire stay will be charged

The above shall not be contingent upon the Hotel’s occupancy level for the respective night on which the cancellation or no-show occurred. No-show must be paid without reliance on the billed voucher as the guest did not check-in at the Hotel and therefore no voucher is submitted.

All cancellation or amendments must be acknowledged by the Hotel either via email confirming the changes, failing which, the Hotel reserves the right to impose the relevant penalty charge pertaining to cancellation or no show.

Reduction of the number of nights booked or late change of dates of arrival may be subject to the cancellation policy above.
