• Due to the nature and setting of the over water accommodations, they are not allowed for children aged 8 and below.

• Our guest rooms can accommodate a third person on the day bed and a baby cot. Maximum number of persons per room is three adults and one infant or two adults and 2 children below 12 years only.

100% of the accommodation for the whole period of the reservation if a written cancellation notice is received within:

• 150 to 01 days before the expected date of arrival from December 21, 2019 to January 10 2020 and December 21, 2020 to January 10, 2021.

Three-Bedroom Landaa Estate Cancellation Policy:

100% of the accommodation for the whole period of the reservation if a written cancellation notice is received within:

• 120 to 01 days before the expected date of arrival from January 11 to December 20, 2020 and January 11 to March 31, 2021.
