Cancellation

21 to 07 days: 30% of the room rate (excluding Government Green tax)
06 to 03 days: 50% of the room rate (excluding Government Green tax)
For 02 days or less and No-Shows: 100% of the room rate (excluding Government Green tax) for the whole period of the reservation will be charged.

GROUP BOOKINGS

14 to 07 days: 30% of the room rate (excluding Government Green tax)

No Cancellation is charged for bookings confirmed and canceled within the release period.
Cancellations made on the arrival date will be considered as no-show
It is an obligation for the agent/operator to obtain the cancellation acknowledgment from the hotel.
No refund will be made for any under stays. In the event of any under stays, the Resort will charge for the entire duration of stay.
