INFANTS, CHILDREN and EXTRA ADULT POLICY

BEDDING & DINING POLICY for infants (ages 0 to 1.99 years) inclusive:

Baby cots will be provided free of charge

Meals are complimentary from Kids Menus when dining with parents in Resort Restaurant

BEDDING & DINING for children (ages 2 to 11.99 years) inclusive:

Children stay and eat free when the same board basis booked by the parents.

BEDDING & DINING for extra adult (12 years and above):

Extra adult guest over 12 years sharing in same room over and above standard occupancy will be charged per day with Breakfast.

• Please note, bookings are confirmed only upon submission of payment. If your credit card payment is not processed for any reason, we will notify you within 24 hours. If there is a Fare change while processing your transaction, you will be notified and you have the right to decline this transaction and you will not be charged.

• Please note, all hotel, holiday package, cruise and tour/activity bookings are only confirmed upon delivery of complete confirmation details to the email you provided with your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

High, Easter Special, Shoulder, Low & Peak 11-Jan-19 to 26th Dec - 19

• Up to 30 days prior to arrival no cancellation charge
• 30 to 16 days prior to arrival 50% of the stay charge
• 15 days or less to the arrival a 100% of the stay charge
• No-show arrivals will be charged with 100% of stay and one way transfer

Festive 27th -Dec-19 to 10th-Jan-2020

• 50% cancellation applies before 31st July 2019
• Any cancellation after 1st August 2019 will be charged 100% fee
• No-show arrival and early departures will be charged with 100% of stay and one way transfer
